Lina Wayman is a New Jersey native, born and raised in Weehawken, NJ. She graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2011 with a degree in Political Science, and completed a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C in 2015.
Lina has been actively involved on the administrative side of the real estate world since 2008, when she started at BrianDavid Realtors in Hoboken, N.J. In 2012, she continued on with the company during their merger with Halliburton Homes to establish PRIME Real Estate Group. Lina joined the team at Sanderson Real Estate Group in 2013, after having worked with Andrew Sanderson over the past several years at both BrianDavid, Realtors and PRIME.
With a keen eye to detail, strong organizational skills, and several years of experience, Lina has been able to expand her knowledge and work more closely with agents to best support them throughout their real estate transactions.
Denise Hodkinson joined the Sanderson Group in 2013. As a mother of 3, who lives in Weehawken and has been a resident of Hudson County since 1997, she truly knows the community, is entrenched in it and understands as only an insider can, what buyers want and where they can find it.Denise began her real estate career in 2003. She is keenly focused on transaction management and negotiation skill. The client experience is always her primary focus and a seamlessly executed client experience for each transaction is what she is most committed to.

She also pursued a Master’s degree in Economics and Financial Economics with distinction.Yuan began her career as an Economist at Caterpillar Inc. analyzing housing data to forecast machine sales in the construction industry. In 2010, Yuan joined the Equity Research department at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) in New York City where she excelled in complex data modeling and relationship building.
